Mandatory Implementation of PSW System for Delivery Order Issuance 

 Dear Valued Customers,

This is to formally inform all concerned that, pursuant to the directives issued under the Pakistan Customs Circular, effective 28th February 2026, issuance of all Delivery Orders (DOs) shall be processed exclusively through the PSW (Pakistan Single Window) system. 

Accordingly, all Clearing Agents, Freight Forwarders, and Consignees are required to obtain their PSW subscription and ensure immediate adoption of the PSW platform for submission and processing of Delivery Order requests.

Please be advised that subsequent to the above effective date, acceptance of manual Delivery Order requests may be discontinued at any time without further notice.

All stakeholders are therefore strictly advised to comply with the above regulatory requirement to avoid any operational delays, clearance issues, or inconvenience in obtaining Delivery Orders.
