LOI for Reefer
This Letter of Indemnity must be submitted by exporters requesting the loading of reefer (refrigerated) containers. It outlines the exporter’s full responsibility for any cargo damage, equipment malfunction, delay, or claims related to the reefer unit. The document must be printed on the exporter’s letterhead, duly signed, stamped, and submitted to Riazeda (Pvt) Ltd. prior to shipment.

This letter is to be used by exporters who wish to request a Telex Release for their shipment after surrendering the Original Bills of Lading. The document must be downloaded, printed on the company’s official letterhead, duly signed, stamped, and submitted to our Export Department.
